Annual Report of the Communications Regulation Commission, 2015

The annual reports are prepared pursuant to Article 38(1) of the Law on Electronic Communications (LEC) and shall be submitted to the National Assembly, the President of the Republic of Bulgaria and to the Council of Ministers by the end of the second quarter of the following calendar year. It shall cover analysis for the respective calendar year of the provision of the universal service, including quality assessment and degree of satisfaction, distribution of the individually assigned scarce resources and the mechanisms applied for their effective use and assessment of the state of competition and trends of development of the markets for electronic communications networks and/or services. It comprises also a report of the activities of CRC, its financial state (budget balance sheet) and the institutional development of CRC and its administration.
