Arcep publishes the decision authorising Inmarsat Ventures Limited to operate ground-based stations to complement its satellite system

Arcep is publishing a decision authorising Inmarsat Ventures Limited to operate ground-based stations to complement its mobile satellite system in the 2 GHz MSS band. This decision follows through on a public consultation that ran from 13 July to 8 September 2017, whose purpose was to gather feedback from several stakeholders on the draft authorisation decision. The contributions to this consultation are also being published today.
