Broadband access questionnaire as of 1 July 2016

Information is gathered under this questionnaire from the relevant market players, which have noti-fied CRC by 30.06.2016 for their intentions to pro-vide internet access and data transmission services. The questionnaire is prepared in Excel format tak-ing into account of the requirements of the Euro-pean Commission. Information under this questionnaire is gathered only at the end of the first half of each calendar year, which usually should be sent to CRC up to the end of August. Additionally, such information is gathered under questionnaires for the annual activities of the undertakings which have notified CRC for their intentions to provide electronic communications networks and/or ser-vices.
