Business market - Second public consultation on its cost model for the dedicated optical fibre local loop (closed 20 June 2016)

After a first consultation on the overall configuration of this model and the algorithms used to simulate the connection path of an efficient generic operator, today Arcep is launching a second public consultation. This one is dedicated in particular to the model's parameters, and will provide stakeholders with an opportunity to share their comments on the parameters selected by Arcep, and the values assigned to them. This consultation also takes a look at the feedback obtained during the first consultation, and details the different amendments that were made in response to this feedback. This public consultation will run until 20 June 2016.
