Conditions of the tender are listed in the text Tender for the award of rights to use radio frequencies to provide an electronic communications network in the 3600–3800 MHz band, čj. ČTÚ-1/2017-613 (hereinafter „Tender“), published according to Act No. 125 paragraph 2(d) in Telecommunication bulletin (5/2017) on the public administration portal. Applications may be submitted to CTU under the terms published in the Tender till 9.5.2017.
