End of auction of 3,7 GHz band - allocation of ranges

On 29 August 2017 the allocation of radio frequencies has been carried out to auction winners in the scope and structure corresponding to their gains of Auction blocks in the Auction Phase of the tender to grant rights of use of radio frequencies for the provision of electronic communications networks in 3600 – 3800 MHz band. By the allocation of frequencies, the auction phase of the tender has been completed. CTU did not receive any agreement between winners on the distribution of the gained abstract Auction Blocks and therefore CTU followed the procedure of Chapter 5, paragraph 3, of the Auction Rules - setting specific ranges of radio frequencies by a lot.
