General requirements for provision of public electronic communications

The General requirements for provision of public electronic communications lay down the framework for provision of electronic communications under the general authorisation regime. They comprise the conditions, requirements, rights and obligations of providers of public electronic communications, related to access and interconnection, public security, network security and integrity, network operation and use of network equipment, quality of service and end users protection. An English version of the General Requirements is also provided. It might not be kept updated.
