General Terms and Conditions for Engaging in Electronic Communications Activities

Specification of General Terms and Conditions for Engaging in Electronic Communications Activities (further referred to as “Specification”) was approved by Order No 1V-340 of the Director of the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania of 8 April 2005. Pursuant to the procedure laid down in the Specification, undertakings which intend to engage into such activities as: 1. provision of public fixed telephone network and (or) public fixed telephone services, 2. provision of public mobile telephone network and (or) public mobile telephone services, 3. provision of public communications networks and (or) public electronic communications services through power line system, 4. provision of public satellite communication network and (or) public satellite communication services, shall have to submit to the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (further referred to as “Authority”) Notification of the Commencement of Electronic Communications Activities (further referred to as “Notification”). RRT patvirtintas Bendrųjų vertimosi elektroninių ryšių veikla sąlygų aprašas. Ūkio subjektams, ketinantiems verstis: 1. viešojo fiksuotojo ryšio tinklo, naudojamo viešosioms fiksuotojo telefono ryšio paslaugoms teikti, ir (arba) viešųjų fiksuotojo telefono ryšio paslaugų teikimu; 2. viešojo judriojo ryšio tinklo, naudojamo viešosioms judriojo telefono ryšio paslaugoms teikti ir (arba) viešųjų judriojo telefono ryšio paslaugų teikimu; 3. viešojo ryšių tinklo ir (arba) viešųjų elektroninių ryšių paslaugų teikimu, naudojant ryšių elektros perdavimo linijomis sistemas; 4. viešojo palydovinio ryšio tinklo ir (arba) viešųjų palydovinio ryšio paslaugų teikimu reikia pateikti Pranešimą apie elektroninių ryšių veiklos pradžią Už pranešimo pateikimą ir nagrinėjimą mokėti nereikia.
