This is the 16th information notice published by ComReg in relation to roaming. It spans the data collection period 1 April 2015 to 30 September 2015. Data from previous periods are included for comparative purposes. The third EC Regulation on international roaming services, Regulation (EU) No.531/2012, effective on 1 July 2012, was published on 13 June 2012. The main provisions of this regulation, “Roaming Regulation III” are included in section 4 of this document. A comprehensive set of data was requested by all NRAs from national operators. The key points in this document relate to the data collected by ComReg from Irish operators for the periods 1 April 2015 to 30 September 2015 (Q2 2015 and Q3 2015).
