Launch of the regulatory procedure to amend the Regulation which lays down the rules for identifying fixed radio stations and signalling the location of such stations and their accessories

By decision of 8 April 2025, ANACOM approved the launch of the regulatory procedure to amend Regulation No. 256/2009, of 23 of June 2009, which lays down the rules for identifying fixed radio stations and signalling the location of such stations and their accessories, namely antennas.

Por decisão de 8 de abril de 2025, a ANACOM aprovou o início do procedimento regulamentar para alteração do Regulamento n.º 256/2009, de 23 de junho de 2009, que fixa as regras aplicáveis à identificação de estações fixas de radiocomunicações e à sinalização informativa dos locais de instalação das referidas estações e respetivos acessórios, designadamente antenas.
