« NEW DEAL » for MOBILE: Arcep awards Frequency Licences in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 1 GHz bands to the winners of the allocation procedures

After having consulted with the winners of the allocation procedure for 900 MHz band frequencies, regarding their positions on the band, on 15 November 2018 Arcep adopted the decision on the results of the allocation procedure for 900 MHz band spectrum, along with the four decisions on the use of the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz band frequencies that were allocated to the winning candidates on 23 October 2018. These decisions conclude the allocation procedure for 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz band frequencies that was launched by the Ministerial Order of 2 August 2018, acting on a proposal from Arcep.

Après une phase de consultation des lauréats de la procédure d’attribution en bande 900 MHz, concernant leur positionnement dans la bande, l'Arcep a adopté le 15 novembre 2018 la décision relative au résultat de la procédure d’attribution en bande 900 MHz et les 4 décisions d'autorisations d'utilisation de fréquences dans les bandes 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2,1 GHz attribuées aux lauréats retenus le 23 octobre 2018. Ces décisions concluent la procédure d'attribution de fréquences des bandes 900 MHz, 1800 MHz et 2,1 GHz lancées par arrêté ministériel, le 2 août dernier, sur proposition de l'Arcep.
