Non-confidential version of the Decision of the BIPT Council of 30 May 2016 imposing an administrative penalty upon Skype Communications SARL for non-compliance with Article 9, § 1, of the Act of 13 June 2005

With this decision BIPT fines Skype Communications SARL for not complying with the obligation laid down in the Act of 13 June 2005 to notify the provision of an electronic communications service to BIPT.

Met dit besluit legt het BIPT aan Skype Communications SARL een boete op vanwege het niet-naleven van de verplichting in de wet van 13 juni 2005 tot kennisgeving aan het BIPT van het aanbod van een elektronische-communicatiedienst.
