Ordinance No 5 of 13 December 2007 defines the terms and conditions for issue of telephone directories and access to electronic telephone directories, provision of directory inquiry services and handling, transfer and use of databases thereto. Provisions are also implemented for protecting end user rights related to the personal information presented in the telephone directories.
