Ordinance No 6 of 13 March 2008 on the universal service under the Law on Electronic Communications

Ordinance No 6 of 13 March 2008 on the universal service (US) under the Law on Electronic Communications lays down the scope of US, the requirements for provision of the specific elements of US and the parameters for quality of service assessment. It also provides the terms, conditions and means for provision of US to disabled end-users and the procedure for designation of undertakings to provide US or any of its specific service elements.
