Ordinance on manner and conditions for access to and shared use of electronic communications infrastructure and other associated facilities

This ordinance prescribes the manner and conditions of access, collocation and shared use of cable ducts and antenna masts, buildings and other associated structures and equipment, or up to the first collection point, the level of availability of free space in that infrastructure and the basic components of the access, collocation and shared use agreement.

Ovim pravilnikom propisuju se način i uvjeti pristupa, kolokacije i zajedničkog korištenja kabelske kanalizacije i antenskih stupova, zgrada i drugih pripadajućih građevina i opreme, ili do prve sabirne točke, razina raspoloživosti slobodnog prostora u toj infrastrukturi i temeljne sastavnice ugovora o pristupu, kolokaciji i zajedničkom korištenju.
