Portability procedure for mobile numbers

This section provides the procedure for porting of mobile numbers, which is signed between the operators within the mobile services domain in the Republic of Bulgaria. It is a form of co-regulation under the Functional specifications for portability of national significant numbers upon change of the provider of the public mobile telephone service. Agreement is reached on the initiation of the procedure (content of the application form), the reasons for denial, the relations between the end user and the recipient and the donor providers, the porting window, etc. CRC has the right to enforce changes in the agreed procedure if it does not abide to the Functional specifications.
