Portability procedure for non-geographic numbers

This section provides the procedure for porting of non-geographic numbers, which is signed between the operators within the non-geographic services domain in the Republic of Bulgaria. It is a form of co-regulation under the Functional specifications for portability of non-geographic numbers upon change of the provider of the specific service. Agreement is reached on the initiation of the procedure (content of the application form), the reasons for denial, the relations between the end user and the recipient and the donor providers, the porting window, etc. CRC has the right to enforce changes in the agreed procedure if it does not abide to the Functional specifications.
