Agency published a Postal Services Satisfaction Surveys (General Public & Business Community ) for the year 2007. The survey was conducted with Ninamedia Research Institute. The aim was to determine the scope of postal services, customers’ satisfaction with the quality of postal services and users’ awareness regarding postal service providers. The survey used telephone interviews and included 700 respondents from the general public and 300 companies in Slovenia.
Agencija je v sodelovanju z agencijo Ninamedia d.o.o. izvedla raziskavo o zadovoljstvu uporabnikov s poštnimi storitvami. Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo telefonskih intervjujev z anketiranci s področja splošne javnosti (700 oseb) in poslovne javnosti (300 podjetij). Vzorec je zajel celotno področje Slovenije. Namen navedene raziskave je bil ugotoviti: - obseg uporabe poštnih storitev, - zadovoljstvo s kakovostjo poštnih storitev in - osveščenost uporabnikov s ponudniki poštnih storitev.
