Agency published a Postal Services Satisfaction Survey (General Public & Business Community ) for the year 2008. The survey was conducted with Ninamedia Research Institute. The data obtained was compared with results from previous survey, conducted in 2007. The aim was to determine the scope of postal services, customers’ satisfaction with the quality of postal services and users’ awareness regarding postal service providers. The survey used telephone interviews and included 700 respondents from the general public and 300 companies in Slovenia.
Agencija je v sodelovanju z agencijo Ninamedia d.o.o. tudi v letu 2008 izvedla raziskavo o zadovoljstvu uporabnikov s poštnimi storitvami in pridobljene podatke primerjala z rezultati raziskave v letu 2007. Raziskava je bila izvedena s pomočjo telefonskih intervjujev z anketiranci s področja splošne javnosti (700 oseb) in poslovne javnosti (300 podjetij). Vzorec je zajel celotno področje Slovenije. Namen navedene raziskave je bil ugotoviti: - obseg uporabe poštnih storitev, - zadovoljstvo s kakovostjo poštnih storitev in - osveščenost uporabnikov s ponudniki poštnih storitev.
