The Regulatory policy lays down the main objectives, mechanisms and approaches to the management and use of numbers for provision of electronic communications services. It is prepared by CRC pursuant to the powers vested under Article 30 of the Law on Electronic Communications. Based on the analysis of the state of availability and the trends of use of E.164 numbers, as well as of number portability issues, in line with the EU Regulatory Framework for electronic communications, the policy outlines the priority tasks and the specific actions aimed at ensuring the adequate availability of the scarce numbering resources and their effective use, including the appropriate tariff setting policy for fees.
