Report on the State of the Postal Market in Poland in 2017

The President of the Office of Electronic Communications presents the Report on the state of the postal market in Poland in 2017. The report was prepared pursuant to Article 43 (6) of the Postal Law Act of 23 November 2012, based on the information received from postal operators in accordance with Article 43 (1) and (2) of that Act.

Prezes Urzędu Komunikacji Elektronicznej przedstawia Raport o stanie rynku pocztowego w Polsce w 2017 r. Raport został sporządzony stosownie do art. 43 ust. 6 ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. – Prawo pocztowe, na podstawie informacji uzyskanych od operatorów pocztowych zgodnie z art. 43 ust. 1 i 2 ww. ustawy.
