Resolution on the conflict brought by Orange against Telefónica in relation to the cancellation of NEBA fiber services

Orange denounces that Telefónica systematically cancels requests for new connections to the NEBA fiber service, alleging the lack of the necessary network to provide such service (usually due to saturation of the terminal box)
