RTR Communications Report 2020

The 2020 Communications Report serves to document regulatory activities in compliance with the statutory reporting requirements set out in the KommAustria Act (KOG) and the Telecommunications Act (TKG 2003). The report additionally provides insight into changes in the markets falling under our regulatory mandate. An annex to the 2020 Communications Report contains a survey of reach and market shares as referred to in Art. 65 of the Audiovisual Media Services Act (AMD-G) of the Austrian Communications Authority Austria.

Der Kommunikationsbericht 2020 erfüllt die gesetzlich festgelegten Berichtspflichten nach dem KommAustria-Gesetz (KOG) und nach dem Telekommunikationsgesetz (TKG 2003) und dokumentiert die behördliche Sacharbeit. Darüber hinaus bietet er einen Einblick in die Entwicklung der von der Regulierung umfassten Märkte. Die Reichweiten- und Marktanteilserhebung 2020 gemäß § 65 AMD-G der Kommunikations­behörde Austria stellt einen Anhang zum Kommunikationsbericht 2020 dar.
