Rules for the conditions and procedure for transferring authorizations for use of individually assigned scarce resources

The Rules define the terms and conditions under which undertakings providing electronic communications can transfer their authorizations for use of individually assigned scarce resource of radio frequency spectrum or any part of the rights and obligations covered by the respective authorizations. The Rules also set the terms and conditions for renting of individually assigned scarce resource of radio frequency spectrum. An English version of the Rules is also available which might not be kept updated.
