Rules to define the terms and conditions for provision of end-user location and subscriber data from undertakings providing public telephone services for emergency calls to public-safety answering points (PSAPs)

The Rules lay down the terms and conditions for delivering of end-user location information by providers of public telephone services for emergency calls (to the single European emergency number 112) to the public-safety answering points (PSAPs). It sets up also the arrangements for routing of 112 calls to the PSAPs, as well as the provision of CLI information.
