The September/October 2016 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports on the ninth ANACOM international conference, the launch of the new ANACOM Consumer Portal, the ANACOM Alerts initiative and the consultation on modification of conditions associated to the frequency usage right assigned to MEO-Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) for digital terrestrial TV broadcasting service (Multiplexer A). Other highlights include ANACOM’s final decisions on MEO’s cost-of-capital rate, the analysis of market 4 and the report on actions of this Authority’s plan for the 2017-2019 period. The issue also reports that the submission deadline has been extended in the call for papers for the Best Student Paper Award and the ANACOM-URSI Portugal Prize.

Na edição de setembro/outubro de 2016 do boletim mensal Spectru, destacam-se as notícias sobre a 9.ª conferência internacional da ANACOM, o lançamento do novo Portal do Consumidor da ANACOM, a iniciativa "Alertas ANACOM" e a consulta sobre a alteração das condições associadas ao direito de utilização de frequências atribuído à MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) para o serviço de radiodifusão televisiva digital terrestre (Multiplexer A). Salientam-se igualmente as decisões finais da ANACOM sobre a taxa de custo de capital da MEO, a análise do mercado 4 e o relatório das ações do plano 2017-2019 desta Autoridade. Por fim, destaca-se a prorrogação do prazo para apresentação de candidaturas ao call for papers relativo ao Best Student Paper Award e ao Prémio ANACOM - URSI Portugal.
