The April 2017 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports on the decision to conduct an applied research and development study and the consequent process to competitively award a research grant for that project, on the subject of a “Prospective study of alternative spectrum management models and scenarios”. Other highlights include approval of the regulation on provision of statistical information and of the public consultation on changes to the leased lines reference offer (LLRO) and the reference Ethernet leased lines offer (RELLO), the consultation on the new ‘257’ dialling code for the Braga geographic area added to the National Numbering Plan, the hearing meant to gather information about the draft methodology for gauging performance of mobile services and GSM, UMTS and LTE coverage, and the limited tender to conduct a study on expansion of the offering of digital terrestrial television (DTT) programming services. Statistics for the year 2016 are also released.

Na edição de abril de 2017 do boletim mensal Spectru, destaca-se: i) a abertura de um concurso para a atribuição de uma bolsa de investigação, dirigida a detentores do grau de Mestre, no âmbito do projeto de investigação e desenvolvimento subordinado ao tema “Estudo prospetivo de cenários e modelos alternativos de gestão do espectro”; ii) um estudo que a ANACOM levou a cabo com o objetivo de analisar cenários e modelos alternativos de gestão do espectro; e iii) o Regulamento sobre prestação de informação de natureza estatística. Salienta-se ainda a consulta pública relativa às alterações à Oferta de Referência de Circuitos Alugados (ORCA) e à Oferta de Referência de Circuitos Ethernet (ORCE); a consulta relativa à abertura no Plano Nacional de Numeração (PNN) de um novo código – “257” – de identificação da área geográfica de Braga; a auscultação destinada à recolha de contributos sobre o projeto de metodologia para avaliação do desempenho de serviços móveis e de cobertura GSM, UMTS e LTE; e o concurso limitado para realização de um estudo sobre o alargamento da oferta de serviços de programas na televisão digital terrestre (TDT). Por último, destaca-se a divulgação das estatísticas de 2016.
