Spectru online - no. 195 - July/August (Monthly Newsletter)

The July/August 2018 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports the inspection and control actions carried out by ANACOM with police forces and other public authorities from January to June, as well as the decision to approve draft decisions to be notified to the European Commission, BEREC and the national regulatory authorities of the other European Union member states regarding the wholesale markets for call termination in public telephone networks at a fixed location. Other highlights include the public consultations on the second draft regulation on security and integrity of electronic communication networks and services and the criteria for setting prices of the universal postal service provided by the CTT, to be in effect from 2018 to 2020.

Na edição de julho/agosto de 2018 do boletim mensal Spectru destacam-se as ações de fiscalização realizadas pela ANACOM, em colaboração com forças policiais e outras entidades públicas, entre janeiro e julho, e a decisão de aprovação dos projetos a notificar à Comissão Europeia, ao BEREC e às autoridades reguladoras nacionais dos restantes Estados-Membros da União Europeia relativos aos mercados grossistas de terminação de chamadas em redes telefónicas públicas num local fixo. Salientam-se também as consultas públicas sobre o segundo projeto de regulamento relativo à segurança e à integridade das redes e serviços de comunicações eletrónicas e sobre os critérios a que obedece a formação dos preços do serviço postal universal, prestados pelos CTT, a vigorarem de 2018 a 2020.
