TRANSFERRING RIGHTS OF USE FOR NUMBERS PROCESS AND NOTIFICATION FORMS

In its Response to Consultation on the Numbering Conditions of Use and Application Process (Doc 15/136), ComReg stated that it would discuss with industry a process for transferring rights of use for numbers and for maintaining records of such transfers. ComReg discussed such a process at a Numbering Forum on 15 March 2016 and this Information Notice sets out the process which has been put in place.
