Unbundling tariffs: Arcep submits its draft decision on copper local loop access tariffs, which are subject to an obligation of non-excessive pricing, to the European Commission

Today Arcep is submitting its draft decision to the European Commission that seeks render legally binding the commitment from Orange to comply with a three-year price cap in 2026, 2027 and 2028, equal to €10.70 per pair for unbundled access to the copper local loop, which is subject to an obligation of non-excessive pricing. This tariff is identical to the one charged in 2025.

L’Arcep transmet aujourd’hui à la Commission européenne son projet de décision visant à rendre opposable l’engagement d’Orange de respecter un plafond tarifaire pour les trois années 2026, 2027 et 2028 égal à 10,70 € par paire et par mois pour les accès en dégroupage de la boucle locale de cuivre soumis à une obligation tarifaire de non excessivité. Ce tarif est identique à celui de 2025.
