Wholesale market for call termination on the public telephone network at a fixed location and fixed termination costing model (market 1)

By decision of 21 December 2016, ANACOM has approved final decisions concerning i) definition of relevant market, significant market power, imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations and ii) fixed termination costing model, concerning the wholesale market for call termination on the public telephone network at a fixed location. The corresponding draft decisions have been notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the National Regulatory Authorities of the other Member States of the European Union. The European Commission responded with comments on 29 November.

Por decisão de 21 de dezembro de 2016, a ANACOM aprovou as decisões finais relativas i) à definição do mercado relevante, avaliação de poder de mercado significativo, imposição, manutenção, alteração ou supressão de obrigações regulamentares e ii) ao modelo de custeio de terminação fixa, respeitantes ao mercado grossista de terminação de chamadas na rede telefónica pública num local fixo. Os projetos de decisão correspondentes tinham sido notificados à Comissão Europeia (CE), ao Organismo de Reguladores Europeus das Comunicações Eletrónicas (BEREC) e às autoridades reguladoras nacionais dos restantes Estados-Membros da União Europeia. A CE pronunciou-se com comentários a 29 de novembro.
